This isn’t a people-mill; we aren’t going to waste your time interviewing you for a position that isn’t a perfect match for you and our client. And we certainly won’t make you sit through an interview process, getting your hopes up only to discover we don’t even have any jobs available.

Our process is simple: We get to know you, first over the phone and then in person. We talk about your education, experience and employment goals. We discuss whether or not all of these factors – skills, qualifications and professional goals – are complimentary to the direction of our client company. To benefit you and your potential employer, we also take each candidate through an extensive verification process. We ensure each client company that the candidates we present are indeed fully qualified. From there, we introduce you to what we hope will become your new employer.
