How it Works
We have developed a comprehensive process that encompasses both the technical skills and the personality of the candidate. When an individual is presented for your consideration, you can be confident they are exactly the caliber of candidate you are seeking.
- Identify candidates
- We reach out to our established networks, partnerships, and database of industry contacts
- Interview process
- Phone pre-screen: 30-45 minutes in-depth discussion using a pre-screen questionnaire developed jointly with the client for the specific company and position with which they are hiring.
- Face to face interview: Thorough review of the candidate and the opportunity (when not possible to meet face to face a second phone screen will be conducted by another member of the PRG team for a different perspective and thorough review)
- Reference checks: 2 are checked at a minimum, at least one of those being a supervisor/manager
- Background checks: Professional license verification, education verification, employment history verification, and a limited criminal background check is completed on each candidate.
- Additional tools: We offer predictive assessments as well as a wide variety of comprehensive background screens that can be administered for an additional fee.
- Next Steps…
- Candidate Presentation: An email will be sent to the designated contact providing candidate summary and highlights. The email will include a copy of their CV/resume along with notes from the pre-screen conducted, copies of all verifications, references, etc.
- Client Interview: PRG will make arrangements with the candidate to interview at their designated time.
- Offer Presentation: PRG prefers to be involved in the offer presentation to facilitate any necessary negotiations and to help our client with candidate management.
