I was referred to PRG by a former colleague who was very positive about the professionalism of this recruiting firm. To date, I have had the pleasure to work with two PRG consultants who know that it is just as important to find the right job for the candidate as it is to find the appropriate candidate for a specific job. Candidates and client companies alike, can expect a targeted, top-level recruitment service that is a step above the cold-call talent search process utilized by most recruiters. I receive 3-4 recruiter cold-calls per week. Very few appear to consider my career needs as much as they consider cramming a candidate into a particular job. I have never gotten that perception from PRG.
